Bill Reynolds, Chair of the Government Advisory Panel
Bill Reynolds is a retired Government Contract Auditor for the United States Department of Defense. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Central Washington University. He resides in Torrance, having lived in the South Bay for more than 30 years.
If you join us at a meeting, Bill recommends that you try the Sizzler salad bar. It has something for everyone, from spaghetti and meatballs to chicken wings to salad (of course). And it comes with cheese bread.
Chief Bill Daley (Ret.) and Anita Daley
Bill Daley is a retired firefighter who served the city of Beverly Hills for 30 years (the last fourteen of which were spent as Chief of the department). He served as president of the South Bay Fire Chiefs Association (two years), president of the Los Angeles chapter of the California Fire Chiefs Association (two years) and president of the League of California Cites Fire Chiefs Department (two years).
Bill and his wife Anita have lived in the city of Torrance for over 50 years.
Dr. Constance S. Sullivan
In 2008, Connie Sullivan retired from Los Angeles County’s Chief Executive Office. She served as the manager over Data Integration and Evaluation Services. Since leaving the county she volunteered for the Los Angeles County District Attorney for five years and the Palos Verdes Estates CARES program for two years. She is currently active with South Bay 350.org and the Citizens Climate Lobby.
Dr. Sullivan received her Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from Purdue University and a Doctor of Public Health degree in Epidemiology from UCLA.
